About the role:

In your role as a Performance Marketing Specialist you will generate demand through digital sources including, but not limited to PPC and SEO . Develop and implement programs to increase website traffic and leads. This is an opportunity to grow Videojet’s incremental business and generate high quality leads, as well as an opportunity to build a career within the Marketing function at Videojet Technologies Inc.

This role reports to the Regional Demand Marketing Manager. This position is part of the Digital Marketing function located in Wood Dale, IL and will be hybrid.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the development, implementation, monitoring, tracking, and optimizing of PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns such as Google Ads. Effectively and efficiently manage the PPC budget to maximize the ROI.

  • Manage SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to increase organic search visibility and ranking for Videojet.com. Manage website content to ensure a first-class customer experience, while supporting Videojet strategies and business priorities.

  • Build and maintain landing pages, building content and structure that drives CTR and weekly lead targets.

  • Work closely with cross functional teams to identify market requirements and trends to continuously tailor content to the specific needs of our customers.

  • Have an innovative mindset with a passion for learning through testing. Proactive and flexible – be able to multi-task and efficiently prioritize time bound tasks.

Are you qualified?

  • Minimum 3 years of direct experience in PPC advertising campaigns preferably in a B2B environment

  • Bachelors Degree is preferred

  • Knowledge of SEO on-site and off-site optimization activities (HTML knowledge would be additional asset). Direct experience using SEO optimization tools (Bright Edge, Conductor, SEM Rush, MOZ)

  • Deep understanding of Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, SEM Rush etc.

  • Experience using a web content management system and understanding of web design, development, and management processes.

  • Demonstrated success in applying strategy to create tactical action plans.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
