Description

An Information Security Analyst is needed to support the Dept of State customer base and will work as a member of the Global Talent Management (GTM Help Desk) in Washington, DC. This role is full-time, standard work week and hours, and hybrid (one week a month onsite).

The User Security team will establish, update, and deactivate user accounts; assign and update systems roles in the accordance with GTM/EX/OSD policies; process and maintain user access request documentation, including verification of completion of training and be responsible for auditing and reporting on user account activity; create standards and processes and provide support with the Monster Hiring Management Enterprise (MHME) solution, through the process of creating accounts for Human Resource (HR) users so that they can manage/post job opportunity announcements, assess applications and generate Certificate of Eligibility requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

• Analyze and define security requirements.

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of solutions.

• Gather and organize technical information about an organization’s mission goals and needs, existing security products, and ongoing programs.

• Assist in the performance of risk analyses, to include risk assessments.

Requirements

• Hold and maintain an active Security Clearance.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer information technology or a related field.

• Minimum of four (4) years of overall IT engineering support experience, to include Help Desk support.

• ServiceNow experience.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment to meet deadlines.
