At Haleon the Security Infrastructure Operational Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of security operations within the organization. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Security Infrastructure Engineering and Operations, this position involves overseeing day-to-day activities, maintaining critical systems, and providing leadership to the team.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Being responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business and organization.

  • Ensuring seamless functioning across security infrastructure globally.

  • Managing and coordinating various activities and processes necessary for smooth company operations.

  • Overseeing the team handling production-related tasks, including equipment maintenance.

  • Meticulous attention to detail to maintain security standards.

  • Supervising team members, ensuring timely and efficient completion of assigned tasks.

  • Assisting in maturing and sustaining the Cyber Security program.

  • Balancing security measures with company culture and employee experience.

  • Maintaining and operating traditional security infrastructure products and applications.

  • Providing endpoint and other security controls across cloud platforms.

  • Acting as a point of contact for operational issues, providing 24x7x365 support.

  • Resolving technical service problems, incidents, and trouble tickets.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Demonstrated knowledge in service management, including incident response, After Action Review, application support, assessments, troubleshooting, and security.

  • 5+ years of experience in general IT operational support and service management.

  • 3+ years of professional experience building, deploying, and troubleshooting in both cloud and on-premises environments.

  • Proficiency in incident and problem management, including organizing and leading SWAT calls.

  • Working knowledge of networking, perimeter security, and cybersecurity services and protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Previous experience with PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, Ruby etc.

  • Previous experience managing a team in a fast-changing environment.

  • You approach problems with a positive mindset and enjoy finding solutions.

  • As a self-starter, you lead by example and are a team player.

Haleon offers a robust Total Reward package that consists of competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits program. This includes a generous 401(k) plan, tuition reimbursement and time off programs including 6 months paid parental leave. On day one, you are eligible for benefits, including our healthcare programs where the company pays for the majority of your medical coverage for you and your family. We also offer the opportunity to receive a discretionary bonus based on the achievement of key business performance and other incentive/recognition programs as part of the offering. The salary range for this role is: $135,869 to $186,819 plus a potential 18% annual bonus.
