Senior HR Systems Analyst

Job Description

PURPOSE

You will be primarily responsible for efficient running, configuration and continuous development of HR Systems delivered through SAP SuccessFactors and multiple other systems. In addition, day-to-day activities will include responding to various customer and information management requests, including but not limited to, shared services requests/queries, Project managing multiple changes especially with our HRIT team and helping scope new process improvement to help us achieve the ‘One Renesas’

This role is accountable for developing and driving continuous improvement of system functionality, inclusive of data governance. The role is required to deliver superior stakeholder management, governance and roadmap planning to HR whilst working in close partnership with IT to deliver the roadmap.

You should possess a solution-oriented mindset and high degree technical understanding in connection with system functionality. Thinking at this level is about knowing your way around a wide range of procedures and answering questions about what needs to be done in specific local situations which may have a significant degree of complexity. In addition, inter-personal skills are required to guide stakeholders through degrees of non-complex to complex situations, providing the highest levels of resolution, support and customer satisfaction, in-line with company policy and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • A leading contributor directly responsible for the delivery of the core modules within Success factors and other HR technology

  • Responsible for delivering efficient and effective resolution to all employee queries and systems specific requests, providing end user support as needed and acting as a functional expert including demonstrating associated best practice.

  • Working with wider HR Systems and Operations team as well as third-party vendors, as needed, for system maintenance, first line of support for systems issues; acting as a central point of contact in collating, trouble-shooting, resolving and escalating issues.

  • For enhancement requests, conduct requirements gathering and assessment impact to ensure proposed solution is ‘fit for purpose’ , guiding and influencing stakeholders throughout. If required for fulfilment, raise Demand Request with third-party provider.

  • Manage system release cycles, including assessment impact and where required, provide business updates to relevant stakeholders.

  • Performing quality assurance checks on system configuration, and testing workflows. Performing regular system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability the system. Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholder as needed.

  • Production and maintenance of system documentation (e.g. workbooks, training documentation, change control systems such as JIRA etc.).

  • Apply understanding of assigned business process to identify gaps and propose continuous improvement measures.

  • To be involved in the operational project team for any relevant HR system implementations.

  • To closely work with the HRIT On project delivery, tracking dates and schedules

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE

  • Success Factors experience, mainly employee central

  • HR Systems and operations process expert.

  • Experience of actively participating in continuous improvement projects from idea generation to implementation.
