Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Manager for GBMC in Townson, MD to oversee First Shift (5:45Am - 2:30PM) with every other weekend and every other holiday. This role manages a team of 45 at this 257 licensed bed facility (acute and sub-acute care) located on a beautiful suburban campus. Prior Environmental Service Management experience in a health care / hospital environment would be helpful. Candidate must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to handle multiple priorities at one time, in a fast paced environment.

We are looking for a candidate who:

• is a leader who develops and motivates a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service and the technical execution of a health care housekeeping system;

• has in-depth knowledge of Sodexo ES systems and processes

• has 2-4 years previous custodial or housekeeping management experience in a hospital or health-care environment;

• has experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon time-lines;

• has experience improving patient satisfaction, and driving full compliance to HCAHPS, local, state and Joint Commission standards;

• is proficient with computers and other technology

• is responsible for driving client and patient experience scores

• Provides a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff

• Supports a diverse and inclusive workforce.
