Job Description

The Co-op will report to the Senior Manager, Portfolio Management & Governance (PMaG). This job is ideal for someone who likes to experience a variety of opportunities within one team and play a key role in supporting Wealth Delivery. The successful candidate will support the Business to deliver work utilizing TD's Scaled Agile methodology through analysis of data sets, identify and implement efficiencies develop robust processes and procedures, create and/or maintain reporting for strategic analysis to drive key insights, and/or support in operational activities within the PMaG Team

Job Requirements

Assigned Line of Business Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree

  • Demonstrated ability to take independent action to achieve results – Self Starter / Motivator

  • Excellent verbal & written communication, with ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.

  • Strong business acumen: Ability to start at a high level and go deep to understand business problems

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Strong relationship building skills – (Internal team, business stakeholders)

  • Facilitate various employee level meetings, discussions and workshops on current and future state process maps

  • Oversee key steps in the process improvement effort: the collection and analysis of financial and non-financial data, the development of solutions

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

Technical skills that are not required but considered an asset:

Jira, Confluence, Tableau
