Insight Global Billing Analyst in Toronto, Ontario

Job Description

  • Prepare and validate all automatic payments as per contracts for all clients

  • Prepare and validate invoices as per the client contract and produce periodic reports

  • Answer clients request regarding their statement of account and submit invoices through the portal when needed

  • Participate in special projects link to the continuous improvement, new products and new clients

  • Analyze customer accounts and issue credit note when needed

  • Adherence to regulations, privacy and confidentiality guidelines

  • Manage deposits, collections, supplier invoices and payment management

  • Filing and other administrative tasks

Skills and Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience in a billing environment (Flex)

  • Fluent in English and French

  • Ability to communicate with internal and external partners as well as the leadership team

  • Maintain a high level of performance under the pressure of time constraints and a fast paced changing environment

  • Strong ability to work as a good team player and to support and coach teammates

  • Proactive in dealing with issues independently and adaptable to change

Thoroughness & rigor

-Great excel skills, Office and google workplace. -QuickBooks - knowledge (Very Nice to have - SOS Inventory systems is a Bonus)

-Collegial diploma or equivalent experience

  • Good knowledge of Office, Google Workspace null
