This position reports to Global Director, Neutrogena and is based in Singapore

Role reports to: Director, Global Neutrogena Innovation & Communication

What you will do

The Senior Manager, Innovation and Communications, Neutrogena Rapid Repair Platform is responsible for leading the development of 3-year innovation pipeline to deliver Neutrogena Rapid Repair's strategic plan and operating plan goals. This position will own and drive development of new product concepts, claims, commercial innovation, and lifecycle management projects shaped by consumer & category insights and trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively lead a cross-functional team to drive excellence in all aspects of product development from concept research to product design, packaging development and commercialization.

  • Build and effectively influence business activities and projects, including gaining alignment from key partners and decision-makers to advance a prototypical & harmonized portfolio architecture, covering critical category entry points.

  • Build a high-performance environment and a culture of collaboration and innovation with cross-functional partners and marketing counterparts.

  • Design for the US lead market while working with adept markets in APAC, LATAM, and EMEA to support the Neutrogena Rapid Repair Platform brand equity and innovation globally.

  • Lead, coach, and develop direct reports.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.

  • Prior innovation experience is required. Skin health innovation experience is highly preferred.

  • A minimum of 8-12 years of progressive marketing experience is required.

  • Proven brand business building, critical thinking, and marketing thought leadership-ability to craft ideas & recommendations based on consumer insights.

  • Proven cross-functional collaboration and leadership.

  • Proven ability to understand a consumer target and position a brand, project, and innovation.

  • Demonstrated communication skills and ability to influence key partners and decision makers without authority.

  • Proven analytical skills and financial acuity in making effective business decisions.

Desired Qualifications

  • An MBA or equivalent degree is preferred.

  • Prior Consumer Packaged Goods experience is preferred.

  • Proven track record of driving growth and innovation.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong. relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
