Job Requirements:

High School graduate or 2+ years' experience in an office environment. Must have a basic understanding of phone operation. Must possess clear verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively handle a variety of HR tasks. Must be computer proficient, Microsoft Office required, and be web savvy. Must possess the ability to learn proprietary programs. Must possess a high level of confidentiality and integrity. Experience in HR, receptionists duties, and/or long term care, assisted living or retirement community experience are desirable.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Assistant (HRA) will be the first point of contact for the HR office and will assist with a variety of Human Resources tasks. Providing excellent customer service in an employee-oriented environment which encourages core values of; accountability, respect, innovation, and staff that are good stewards of resources and assets and who strives for excellence. The HRA has a specific focus on assisting with computer log-in, time clock enrollment, and answering a host of HR related questions through employee walk-in and phone calls. The HRA will also assist the HR team with filing and special projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet incoming guests and calls

  1. Assistswith a variety of HR questions in a helpful pleasant manner.

Human Resources Support Functions

  1. Performs clerical functions for Human Resources as well as other general office duties as assigned.
