Engineering is responsible for performing research and analyses to develop design options for components, products, systems and processes.
Job Summary
The Senior Engineer, Project and Maintenance oversees, and project manages large engineering projects. This job serves as the technical lead for both internal and external engineering teams. The senior engineer is responsible for the management of projects from start to end from both a resource management and outcome perspective. This job leads teams as necessary but is not to be a people manager.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage engineering projects primarily focused on capital and equipment.
Lead maintenance crew.
Accountability for on-time completion of PMs and equipment escalation.
Monitor OEE and continues improvement activities.
Support Production personnel by resolving process and material related quality problems in support of the various manufacturing departments.
Generate and maintain Quality System documentation.
Ensure FDA/ISO/EN compliance in areas of responsibility.
Implement projects per approved budget and schedule.
Ensure required and appropriate safety and technical training is provided for departmental associates.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience, preferred.
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
Experience with process controls, PLC, equipment design, and AutoCAD, preferred.
Six Sigma experience/certification, preferred.
Experience with Project Management skills and techniques, preferred.
Experience problem solving and decision analysis skills, preferred.

Anticipated salary range : $66,500 - $99,750
