The Internet Business Delivery Manager is directly responsible for providing direction and support to our local Internet Business efforts in the UK as well as teams supporting corporate Internet Business teams. This person will manage staff, foster a positive environment, and manage the performance, dependability, and interactions of our staff.

ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Prioritize and escalate problems to the appropriate management and vendors.• Build and manage teams who may work in areas and expertise unfamiliar to the manager.• Review and analyze existing applications effectiveness and efficiency, and then develop strategies for improving or leveraging these systems.• Detailed and thorough in work habits with multi-tasking ability, works with minimum supervision and makes good independent judgments.• Ensure constant communication with various stakeholders and process owners to ensure proactive and smooth flow of communication.• Responsible for leading weekly project review calls with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure business requirements, timelines and goals are on track.• Work with headquarters management to provide operational planning, including establishing goals, fostering innovation, coaching, planning projects, and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources.• Drive communication with various Corporate Management to ensure alignment of day-to-day and long-term directions, projects and initiatives.• Develops and maintains a productive work teams by hiring qualified personnel, training, and managing performance.• Manages teams with integrity, ethical business practices, and in accordance with Mouser policies, procedures, and practices.• Customarily and regularly directs the work of two or more full-time employees or their equivalent. Makes suggestions and recommendation for these employees regarding performance, including hiring, transfer, advancement, and termination.• Manages daily operations to meet department and company objectives.• Works with minimum supervision and makes independent judgments.• Flexible to meet the changing needs of the business and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments.• Initiates, establishes and maintains highly effective relationships with internal and external business contacts of various cultures, and at all levels. • Extremely confidential and trustworthy. • Demonstrates knowledge, experience and understanding of critical job function of the team and people management.• Assists management with development of results oriented strategies.• Regular attendance at work is an essential part of the job.

SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS

• Proven track record of delivering results through people, business and operations management.• Strong verbal and written communication skills, which will be key in driving customer communication during critical events.• Ability to work under tight deadlines.• Knowledge of electronic components desired.• Creative writing, proofreading and editing skills.• Ability to manage multiple departmental activities.• Exhibits strong analytical and organizational skills.• Detailed and thorough in work habits with multi-tasking ability.• Analyzes impact of decisions before execution.• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication and telephone etiquette.• Able to communicate with people at all levels.• Demonstrates a positive attitude toward self and others.• Professionalism to interface directly with business contacts and represent the company.• PC experience in a Microsoft Windows environment, proficient with internet e-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and other software.• Must be fluent in the English language, both verbal and written.• Valid passport/travel documents and available for minimum assigned region and US travel.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field, or minimum of 3 years prior work experience that is relevant to the team you will manage. Including:• Internal candidates: Minimum 2 years as a highly performing Mouser Team Lead or Supervisor.• External candidates: Minimum 3 years as a supervisor or higher-level management position.• 10+ years of Information Technology experience.
