Job Summary:

Would you like to be an integral player in executive compensation for a Fortune 500 Company’s Worldwide Headquarters? Are you an analytical and data driven person who enjoys diving deep to identify solutions to complex organizational challenges allowing for greater scale impact? Textron is looking to hire an Executive Compensation Analyst who thrives in an innovative, dynamic environment and can effectively prioritize multiple assignments.

As an Executive Compensation Analyst, you will assist in the development, implementation, and administration of enterprise compensation programs. You will also have the opportunity to lead project teams to identify future program recommendations and provide analysis and support to the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.

We Are Looking For An Executive Compensation Analyst Who Will:

  • Implement, administer, and assist in the development of both short- and long-term incentive programs that are cost-effective and provide strong competitive positioning for multiple business units.

  • Under the guidance of the Director, administer the annual long-term incentive compensation planning process.

  • Maintain support of compensation programs for officers, executives and other top key positions.

  • Contribute to the annual proxy disclosure statement by providing data for the Compensation and Discussion Analysis tables.

  • Utilize your experience in research, reporting and analysis, to help identify gaps and opportunity areas across compensation programs.

  • Partner with finance, accounting, legal and tax departments to ensure regulatory and legal compliance of employee compensation practices.

  • Assist in troubleshooting for internal and/or external business issues.

  • Drive awareness of new compensation trends with the goal of acquiring a higher level of compensation skills and knowledge.

  • Participate in project teams to help identify recommendations and solutions.

  • Protect and maintain the privacy of employee personnel records including, but not limited to, personal and compensation information about employees.

  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Math, Business or related field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an analytical role. Prior Compensation experience a plus

  • Strong research and analytical skills; ability to present findings to management

  • Advanced computer skills, including strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with reporting/database programs (e.g., Microsoft Access)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the organization

  • Action and result oriented

  • Resourceful/problem-solver

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
