EASTERN SHIPBUILDING Export Compliance Administrator in Panama City, Florida

Job Title: Compliance Administrator Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Day/Hours: Mon-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm Rate of Pay: DOE Location of Work: Panama City

SUMMARY: Eastern Shipbuilding Group, Inc. (ESG) is looking for an Export Compliance Administrator to assist with daily job functions in the Export Compliance department. The ideal candidate must have professional communication skills as they will be interacting with contractors, potential contractors, and ESG employees across multiple departments by email and phone. Additionally, this person must have a positive attitude, willingness to help others, desire to learn and grow in Export Compliance, and help the company succeed in complying with export control laws.This is an entry level position with the opportunity to grow with in the department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintains Export Control Inbox
  • Maintains Export Control Tracker
  • Collects Non-Disclosure Agreements from ESG Employees and Contractors
  • File Non-Disclosure Agreements
  • Maintains Non-Disclosure Agreement Tracker
  • Administers Export Compliance Training to ESG Employees
  • Collect and File Acknowledgment forms from Export Compliance Training
  • Maintains Export Compliance Training Records
  • Assist with Foreign On-Site Visitor request
  • File Approved Foreign On-Site Visitor Forms
  • Assist with International Travel request
  • File Approved International Travel Forms
  • Assist with Export Control vetting for Contractors
  • Collect and file Contractors JCP Certifications
  • Assist in obtaining signatures for Export Licenses
  • Record Keeping
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Three or more years providing administrative support at a high level (required)
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required)
  • Must meet ITAR definition of 22 CFR 120.62 U.S. person
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Intermediate Adobe skills specifically Adobe Acrobat
  • Interest in Export Compliance and willingness to learn
  • Experience with ITAR and EAR (preferred but not required)

Requirements:

  • Employer will conduct Drug Screen and Background Check
  • Will perform Microsoft and AdobeTesting at CareerSource
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance
