Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Hi Tech Engineering industry, located in Oakdale, Minnesota, 55128, United States. This role will require you to provide comprehensive contract administration and compliance support, demonstrating strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate contract approval, adhering to both internal and external deadlines.

• Facilitate communication with clients through various channels such as telephone, conference calls, emails, and meetings, focusing on conflict resolution and problem-solving.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract information for easy referencing.

• Conduct contract, bid, and purchase order reviews for terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with requirements.

• Draft sales agreements utilizing company templates, ensuring all necessary documents are furnished.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer contract terms and conditions.

• Coordinate insurance requests and manage the review, coordination, and completion of vendor forms.

• Monitor contract expirations and handle potential renewals.

• Conduct research and complete certifications as necessary.

• Develop a standardized response database to streamline reviews and responses.

• Acquire knowledge of product offerings and market dynamics for effective communication with clients. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role within the Hi Tech Engineering industry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

• Proven ability in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls professionally

• Excellent customer service skills, with a history of going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction

• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Experience with email correspondence, ensuring clear and effective communication

• Ability to schedule appointments, managing multiple calendars and coordinating schedules

• Knowledge of contract administration, with the ability to manage and maintain contracts effectively

• Experience with library resources, able to locate and utilize relevant information efficiently

• Familiarity with purchase orders, able to process and track orders effectively
