Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader:

  • Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation;

  • Answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff; coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback;

  • Understanding of the marketing content and asset technology landscape and experience with relevant digital marketing technologies (content and digital asset management, headless content management, GenAI, etc.);

  • Driving end to end content transformation at client organizations by scoping and shaping content strategy, business goals, innovations, programs and deliverables;

  • Creating and executing content strategies by utilizing different CMS and DAM platforms like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Contentful, Sanity.io, Sitecore, Widen, and more;

  • Advising clients on the selection and implementation of Content and Digital Asset Management platforms, conduct CMS and DAM system audits, and provide recommendations for improvements;

  • Defining goals for technology components and frameworks including reference architectures and implementations for CMS, DAM and web solutions, including, but not limited to desktop and mobile websites, mobile apps, and other omnichannel endpoints;

  • Consulting and delivering enterprise-wide content and digital asset solutions across the full CMS and DAM technology landscape (CMS, DAM, AEM Sites and Assets, Sitecore, Contentful, etc.);

  • Providing strategic thinking, leadership and solution development across technologies & programs, including: headless and head-on content management, asset and content taxonomies, Content Management Systems (ex: AEM Sites, Sitecore, Contentful, etc.), Digital Asset Management platforms (AEM Assets, Sitecore DAM, Bynder, etc.), website design, implementation, and optimization;

  • Leading CMS and DAM marketing platform strategy, design and architecture for enterprise clients;

  • Engaging with business and technology leaders to understand strategy, articulate solution options, evaluating tradeoffs and influencing key decisions;

  • Customize and extend CMS components, templates, and workflows, as well as integrate CMS with other systems and third-party applications;

  • Possessing an extensive understanding of the digital content lifecycle, including content creation, management, and delivery; and,

  • Utilizing proven proficiency in relevant programming languages and technologies including Java, JavaScript, React, node.js, Next.js., HTML5, CSSS3, Bootstrap, Rest web services, GraphQL, etc.
