What your day to day will look like

• Aware of and applies EHS policy to all processes, tools, and equipment

• Register Tool# in ITDM data base

• Receive tool and reviews inspection report

• Set Inspection frequency in ITDM

• Release tool for use

• Create a damage report

• Change Tools statuses in ITDM

• Close the demand after successful repair

• Fills out tooling validation tags

• Run an „inspection due” report in ITDM

• Deliver tools to shipping, change status/location in ITDM

• Receive inspected/calibrated tool and verify the inspection report

• Receiving tools with new revision change

• Inform process planner that tool is ready for use

The tools you need to be successful

• In depth understanding of tool drawings and their relation to the assembly process

• Strong mechanical aptitude with applicable experience

• Knowledge of assembly and production functions and processes

• Must be fluent in written and spoken English

• Must be quality driven and committed to provide quality services in a demanding environment

• Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment

• Must be organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Must be able to interact with various groups from both Plant 22 and other plants
