  • Provide strategic planning from market intelligence and internal analysis of sales channels and distribution; provide accurate LE to management;

  • Enhance and further develop national key accounts from strategy, partnership and implementation to ensure healthy and sustainable sales growth.

  • Review and upgrade current sales processes to drive selling excellence.

  • Budget, plan and manage offline trade marketing to ensure proper use of resources.

  • Manage teams and functions covering: Trade Marketing, Sales Support/Customer Service/Sales Ordering, Business Intelligence, Sales Demand & Forecast, In-store Promoter Management, NKA sales team.

The role will be based in Shanghai, China.
