Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager - Interface Manager to join our dynamic team for an exciting stadium construction project. The Senior Interface Manager will play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing the interfaces between various stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of technical and construction activities throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the development and implementation of interface management strategies, plans, and procedures to facilitate effective communication and coordination among project stakeholders.

• Act as the primary point of contact for all interface-related matters, fostering strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential interface issues and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on project schedule, cost, and quality.

• Collaborate with design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to streamline workflow processes and optimize project delivery.

• Monitor and evaluate interface performance metrics, providing regular progress reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Resolve conflicts and disputes arising from interface conflicts in a timely and diplomatic manner, maintaining a positive and solutions-oriented approach.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field;

• Minimum of 20 years of experience in construction project management

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex interfaces in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, building systems, and regulatory codes applicable to stadium construction projects.

• Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM is an asset.
