NBC Universal is continuing its cloud solutions strategy execution for Talent Management processes. As part of this effort learning, performance management, compensation, recruitment and onboarding processes require application implementation and maintenance support (based on Saas/Cloud Applications). This position will play a critical role for various planned/in-flight implementations as well as post go-live support specifically with regards to Recruitment/Onboarding/Learning; exposure and engagement for the full process scope is expected. Responsibilities

  • Contribute to several HR Talent Management technology solutions (Recruitment/Onboarding/Learning) for planned/in-flight projects.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, objectives, and workflows.

  • Drive solution enhancements by documenting requirements, creating solution specifications and coordinating activities/tasks across Engineering, Cyber, and other teams as needed.

  • Perform system configuration in support of business needs/strategy.

  • Provide day-to-day support for existing Talent Management processes and systems (tickets, vendor release adoption, IT governance tasks, enhancements, etc.)

  • Ability to navigate SAP HCM OM/PA modules for Talent Management specific data, understand and create RICEF specifications.

  • Continuously review and optimize existing SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and other 3rd party cloud system integrations.

  • All other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems or other relevant field; or equivalent professional experience.

  • Minimum 1+ year experience working with business partners to gather requirements and translate into high quality solutions.

  • Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques, solution modeling, and documentation

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environments

  • Foundational knowledge of HR Talent Management processes in one of the following focus processes Learning, Onboarding, Recruitment

  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1+ year experience to work with IT peers to create holistic solutions (login, configuration, development, testing, reporting, security/authorizations, mobile/desktop, etc.)

  • Minimum 1+ year designing and building HR IT solutions or related project/support work. Experience with core HR systems (preferred SAP HCM) and employee life cycle management (hire-to-retire).

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
