Position Overview

Manages a Construction Management team in accordance with company policies, practices, procedures and delegated authority. Manages the implementation of Construction Management strategy and ensures unit/department meets company goals and objectives.

What you'll do..

• You will meet with contractors both on-site and at pre-construction meetings to coordinate construction activities for large projects.• You will participate in the long-range planning and design of future and replacement projects.• You will prepare various reports, forms, and memos to document work completed, problems encountered and/or resolved, and updates related records.• You will communicate and identify any errors or omissions regarding any/all facilities, mapping, or misdrawn plans to the proper individual to make corrections.• You will assign work to subordinates to effectively and efficiently utilize personnel, vehicles, and equipment

• You will manage, evaluate, and develop staff to ensure that the organization's construction activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently and according to relevant regulations, laws, and standards.

You will ensures all Corporate Policies and Procedures are followed.

Qualifications

Who we are looking for..

• You will have 8 or more years of Construction Management experience• You will need a bachelor's degree in Business or relevant industry experience• You will need 1 year of personnel and departmental leadership experience• You will need strong working knowledge of construction management• You will need strong leadership and management skills to develop, coach, and direct the performance of a team to achieve goals and objectives.

Preferences

• 1 year of personnel and departmental leadership experience
