The Marketing Manager will lead public relations and digital marketing projects while supporting the missions and objectives of their development team. Responsibilities:

• Implement strategies that align with and promote the organization's mission and programs.

• Utilize digital marketing techniques for the promotion of events, topics, and data programs.

• Ensure the organization's brand guidelines are adhered to in all marketing and promotional activities.

• Initiate and manage social media campaigns to increase public engagement and awareness.

• Liaise with public relations teams to ensure a consistent and positive image of the organization.

• Leverage CRM and ERP systems for efficient management of business development activities.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other management systems to track and report on business development efforts.

• Engage in B2B and B2C marketing strategies to widen the organization's reach and impact.

• Ensure clear and effective client communications to build strong relationships and foster community marketing efforts.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of the organization's business strategy.

• Maintain a focus on achieving Object & Key Results (OKR), ensuring all activities are results and data-driven.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or Non-profit Management

• Experience in both B2B and B2C Marketing

• Strong understanding and experience in Brand Marketing and Community marketing

• Excellent client communication skills

• Experience in Communication Design and Public Relations

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing, including Social Media Advertising and managing Social Media Campaigns

• Demonstrated ability to develop Social Media Content and initiate Social Media initiatives

• Experience in Brand Building and adhering to Brand Guidelines

• Strong understanding of Business Strategy

• Familiarity with Objectives and Key Results (OKR) approach to goal setting

• Results and data driven strengths
