JPMorgan Chase Business Manager- Receivables Operations Vice President in Chicago, Illinois

As a Business Manager- Receivables Operations Vice President in Digital and Platform Services, you will be responsible for partnering with leaders in Operations, Product, Technology, Applied AI, Finance, HR and Control teams to coordinate consistent communications, drive analysis, report statuses, and track objectives for the business.

Job responsibilities

  • Uphold responsibility for creating, consolidating, and synthesizing business updates and communications that summarize key accomplishments, identify current issues, and outline next steps; maintain consistency of these messages across all forums (newsletters, townhalls, roadshows, etc.).

  • Oversee the preparation and execution of Monthly Operations Business Reviews, ensuring effective communication of Operations performance to stakeholders across the organization.

  • Lead short-term, high-impact projects with agility. Coordinate with leadership to quickly consolidate inputs and deliverables, ensuring swift execution.

  • Plan, organize, and manage offsites and other events (e.g., senior leader visits).

  • Monitor and report on Objective and Key Results (OKRs), providing insights and analysis to assist in decision-making and strategic planning.

  • Organize and run weekly leadership meetings for the Head of Receivables Product and Operations - preparing agendas, coordinating presentations, and ensuring follow-ups are tracked.

  • Continue to drive collaboration between Product and Operations teams, navigating similar but different objectives and strategies.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 8 years of relevant experience in banking, financial services, financial analysis, or business management

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills

  • Strong project planning and management abilities in combination with proven teamwork and influential skills

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and produce successful results in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively

  • Ability to develop strong, positive relationships with business stakeholders

  • Mature, independent, highly organized, self-motivated and a team player
