LRS Consulting Services is seeking a Business Analyst for a 6-month contract to hire opportunity with our client in Central Illinois! LRS Consulting Services has been delivering the highest quality consultants to our clients since 1979. This Business Analyst will be working closely with the user community, identifying user needs, creating BI reports, providing data analytics, application training and support, and much more.

Duties include:

• Level 2 user support of Cloud ERP financial applications for multiple locations

• Advanced BI reporting and use of analytic tools for data analysis

• Assist with technology integrations, process implementations, and third party products

• Monitor business and technology trends to ensure future system capabilities are in-line with business needs

Must have the following experience:

4+ years of experience of the following:

• Functioning as an IT Business Analyst

• Working with financial teams/ financial background

• ERP financial application support experience is a plus

• Experience with Infor LN and Birst Business Intelligence and Analytics, or Oracle Cloud OTBI, a plus

• Experience with analytical and conceptual thinking

• Ability to translate technical information into a non-technical representation

• Rapid learning ability regarding new knowledge and skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, excellent Excel skills

Applicant Requirements:

• Must have 3+ years’ experience with the following:

• VMWARE creation

• Experience with MS Active Directory

• Experience with implementing a single sign on solution is a plus

• Must be legally eligible to work for any employer in the U.S. without company sponsorship

• Must be able to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, using the English language

• Corp to Corp candidates will not be considered
