Your Role: What you'll be doing

The ICPS Program Manager is responsible for the overall cost, schedule, and technical execution of all activity associated with the contract to support the Artemis Program, including mission integration, software test support, integrated customer deliverables, operational integration, and hardware delivery of two stages including post-delivery support. Provide strong and clear leadership to the ICPS Team. Build and lead a cohesive team, establish an appropriate program organization, and work through others to achieve results. Focus team members on common goals to achieve desired program performance. Generate high morale, teamwork, and a sense of pride in meeting costs and schedules while achieving 100% mission su Act as the primary customer interface for program activities and ULA's support to the Artemis missions. Establish close customer relationships to effectively perform contract requirements. Serve as ULA advocate when interfacing with the Customer's program office. Develop, document, and implement a repeatable Business Rhythm and Program Execution Plan that satisfies stakeholders and meets program/project needs. Drive program execution with a commitment to Performing-to-Plan and resolving variances through the implementation of action/recovery plans. Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules. Employ appropriate performance metrics and measures, utilizing leading indicators to predict performance and guide decision-making. Translate strategy into actionable objectives and business plans. Ensure that contract obligations are executed within the scope of technical requirements, cost, schedule, profit objectives, and terms and conditions of the appropriate contracts. Interpret and facilitate understanding of contract requirements and provide programmatic oversight and decision-making applicable to contract compliance. Collaborate and leverage the ULA enterprise to provide sound business solutions to support the Artemis human spaceflight missions. Develop the necessary collaborative relationships to execute the program, coordinate resource demands, and hold Control Account Managers accountable for planning, performing, and managing work packages. Guide and contribute to proposal preparation, including the development of work breakdown structures, work statements, and draft specifications. Coordinate with Contracts and Finance to negotiate terms and conditions and to establish program budget baselines. Identify program problems, risks, and opportunities, and develop and implement action plans and solutions. Actively engage to improve processes and results.

Your Background: What education and experience you'll need At least 8 years applicable experience in the associated technical or administrative area, plus a minimum of 2 years managing people, project management or team lead experience or a combination of the three.

Your Background: What skills you'll need

Applicable experience with a broad-based background to include management and leadership experience in leading teams. Preferred experience and familiarity with NASA customers, particularly Human Spaceflight standards. Experience with project and program management principles and best practices, including task planning, budgeting, and organizational skills, with an ability to drive execution. Experience with mission integration and launch vehicle systems. Experience with system integration and test, and on-console launch operations is a plus. Understanding of risk management principles, demonstrated solid decision-making skills, and ability to deal with ambiguity. Experience briefing senior leaders and a high-level customer audience. Excellent written and oral communication skills necessary to communicate and address complex problems, and agreements, and achieve consensus across teams. Experience developing technical and cost proposals.

Summary Salary Range (Colorado Only) $131,460 - $244,424
