This role will influence the design and delivery of system automation capabilities across AT&T enterprise architects, engineers and managers across business units within the whole company. It will drive delivery of system automation enablers for key CTO and business initiatives 5G, RAN, 5G Core/NC, FN, SDN, Fiber, ROADM, Win Home . This includes driving towards a single source of truth network inventory platform enabled by leading industry CMDB platforms. This role will be integral in the Network Transformation initiatives driving new strategies, implementation of tooling and leading change.

Position Summary

As a Lead Data Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and implementation of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) models. You will work alongside experienced team members to learn and apply AI/ML algorithms in order to streamline complex processes for many use cases in network systems, such as mobility network provisioning and fiber broadband service delivery applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement AI/ML models across various use cases, including but not limited to LLM use cases , anomaly detection, as well as bio-inspired AI.

• Contribute to the growth and improvement of the team's software architecture, coding standards, and best practices.

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams, adhering to SAFe Agile methodologies, to ensure projects are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.

• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, refine solutions, and maintain alignment with the company's objectives.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science or Mathematics, or nearly completed Ph.D. studies.

• Published AI/ML articles in professionaljournals.

• Experience in leading a team.

• Experience in writing proposals for grant projects.

• A minimum of 7 years of educational or practical experience in AI/ML.

• Experience working with large datasets and using data manipulation tools such as NumPy or Pandas, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Very good understanding of bio-inspired AI algorithms, such as Genetic algorithms.

• Very good understanding of LLM models.

• Knowledge of various machine learning techniques, including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning, as well as the underlying mathematics.

• Knowledge in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, DEAP or gplearn.

• Knowledge of network technologies, such as 5G and network protocols.

• Proven experience working in a SAFe Agile environment, with a strong understanding of Agile principles, practices, and methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

Location : This is a hybrid-flex worker position where our preference is for you to be present with your team in the office at least 1-3 times per week.

Working time : EMEA hours

Compensation: Salary starting from 121 ,000 CZK gross monthly.

The actual offered salary may be considerably higher based on your skills, knowledge and experience.

Contract : Unlimited, with 6-month trial period
