Job Purpose and Impact

The Cash to Credit Supervisor will provide guidance for systematic allocating of receipts to invoices, close receivables in a timely manner through increased automation and thereby reducing unapplied cash. In this role, you will monitor Cash Application KPI’s ,incoming receipts, unapplied and unidentified cash, perform cash applications and other period end close processing.

This role needs to support North America region which is 4.00pm to 1.00am(non-month ends) & 4.00pm to 3.30am(month ends)

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure accurate and timely allocation of customer payments in to corresponding open invoices.

• Meet Cash Application SLA and KPI’s

• Supervise team to locate remittance details from customers in mailbox or customer/bank portal (where applicable)

• Support collection with information on research of unapplied amount and match off and if any posting corrections required

• Oversee new business migration activities and processes to ensure they are handled efficiently and effectively.

• Develop and cultivate robust business relationships with partners, focusing on process maturity.

• Other duties as assigned

• Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

• Minimum one year of directly related work experience

• Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning applications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience

• Extensive experience in finance operations with expertise in credit-to-cash processes

• Management experience working in a diversified industry or commodity core industry

• Experience leading a large team of people across finance and accounting with concentration toward cash to credit
