Oracle Financial Business Analyst in BENGALURU, India
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Support Source-to-Settle organization in reporting, automation and other project requirements
Work closely with global process owners, internal teams and various levels of management in developing and/or implementing next-gen tools and technology
Provide key statistics to management for monthly and quarterly reviews
Manage ML projects using tools such as OAD, Spend Classification and Python
Preparation and analysis of internal financial reporting using BI financial reporting systems
Responsible for producing financial reporting, developing new reporting based on business needs and supporting ad hoc data request from various teams that involves highly critical reports, scorecards and dashboards
Monthly/Quarterly reconciliations and data validation/review to ensure the accuracy of reported numbers
Perform independently with little direct supervision in the administration of business intelligence tools
Requirements:
Minimum of 5+ Years of experience in the relevant field
A clear understanding of KPI's, dashboards and other operational metrics
Ability to communicate with requesters to understand reporting requirements and develop requested reports and publish within timeline
Excellent problem solving, attention to detail and analytical skills
Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results
Readiness to adapt to new tools and technologies to support changing business requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively explain data to coworkers
Good working knowledge in MS office and exposure to Business Intelligence/ Analytical tools is preferred
Basic knowledge in one or more of the following is an advantage - VBA Macro, SQL, UiPath and Python
