ADP is hiring a Chief Enterprise Integration Architect.

As a Chief Enterprise Integration Architect, you will be at the forefront of architecting and implementing sophisticated integration solutions that align with our strategic objectives. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Here's what you can expect on a typical day:

  • Develops, manages, and maintains an enterprise integration strategy and roadmap.

  • Architect advanced integration frameworks to support scalable, secure, and efficient data exchange across diverse internal and external systems.

  • Lead the design and implementation of API management strategies, including API gateway configuration, versioning, and lifecycle management.

  • Develop a comprehensive data integration plan, employing ETL processes, real-time data streaming, and 10event-driven architectures to facilitate seamless data aggregation and dissemination.

  • Spearhead the adoption of microservices architecture, containerization technologies, and serverless computing to enhance agility and scalability. Implement robust governance models, ensuring architectural compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and best practices.

  • Drive continuous improvement by establishing metrics for monitoring system performance, user satisfaction, and the overall effectiveness of integration strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and business units, to ensure that integration projects align with business goals and deliver measurable value.

  • Defines metrics to measure and demonstrate integration architecture value Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science or related field is required.

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise integration architecture within a complex SaaS environment. Proficient in designing and implementing solutions using a variety of integration patterns (API-led connectivity, event-based architecture, microservices).

  • Deep expertise in API management platforms (e.g., Apigee, MuleSoft, AWS API Gateway) and integration tools (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, Informatica).

  • Solid understanding of cloud computing services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).

  • Strong knowledge of security standards (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML) and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
